Ma’ruf Amin, saat Upacara Penetapan 2.974 orang Komponen Cadangan (Komcad) Pertahanan Negara, yang dilaksanakan di Lapangan Terbang Suparlan, Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Pasukan Khusus (Pusdiklatpassus) Kopassus, Batujajar, Bandung, Jawa Barat, Kamis (8/9).

Komcad 2022 ini akan memperkuat dan memperbesar kekuatan TNI matra darat, laut, dan udara.

Dalam laporannya Menhan Prabowo menyampaikan Pembentukan Komponen Cadangan merupakan amanat Undang-Undang Negara RI Tahun 1945 Pasal 27, diamanatkan setiap warga negara berhak dan wajib ikut serta dalam upaya pembelaan negara dan Pasal 30 yang berisi tiap-tiap warga negara berhak dan wajib ikut serta dalam usaha pertahanan dan keamanan negara.
