In his book on physicists of that era, Physics in a Mad World (https://archive.org/details/physicsinmadworl0000unse/page/26/mode/2up), M. Shifman confirms that this is the only photograph of Barbara Ruhemann he was able to locate, and I could not find any other photograph either.
