Shifman confirms that this is the only photograph of Barbara Ruhemann he was able to locate, and I could not find any other photograph either.

Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	It is in a museum collection of the Kapitza Institute, and was used in the Shifman book Physics in a Mad World courtesy of the Lev Landau museum.
