| Description | The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland. This hotel sits overlooking Edinburgh's Waverley railway station. The clock on the hotel is set two minutes fast to hurry passengers along for their train - this is a throwback to the days when the hotel was owned by the North British Railway and the British Railways Board. The hotel was originally built by the North British Railway and was named the North British Hotel when complete. | ||
