English: BUTEC Range Terminal Building The Range Terminal Building (RTB) on the Applecross peninsula. This is the BUTEC (British Underwater Test and Evaluation Centre) base from which all the sea trials in the Inner Sound are performed. The view across the sound is to Raasay, with Trotternish on Skye beyond it. The highest point on the horizon is the Storr. |
