Description The Clatsop County Historical Society's Heritage Museum, at 16th and Exchange Streets in Astoria, Oregon, occupies a building that served as the Astoria City Hall from 1905 to 1939 and is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places as Astoria City Hall. From 1963 to 1982, the building was the Columbia River Maritime Museum, before that museum moved to a new location on the riverfront.
