This author died on 5 October 1919, more than 70 years ago. The work was published in London by Henry Sotheran and Company in 1901 which is more than 25 years ago. As such I believe the copyright has expired and the image is free to use.
The book includes biographies, pictures and other information about various prominent families in the parishes of Somerset county listed in the title.
