A fotografia busca representar a força imagética da obra, na qual se expressa a natureza sincrética e singular do cristianismo católico brasileiro, desenvolvido a partir da interseção entre culturas.
English: The Cathedral of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is the only church entirely built in the Noemourisco style in Brazil, founded at the beginning of the 20th century by Claretian Missionary priests, in the district of Meier (Rio de Janeiro). The photography represents the imagery strength of it´s architecture, which expresses the syncretic and unique nature of Brazilian Catholic Christianity, developed from the intersection between cultures.
