Subject: Images on Wikipedia page for Andy Richards
Dear Sirs

Please see email below providing permissions by the copyright holder to use images on the wiki page created about him.

At the moment only the top image on the page has been disputed by a wiki editor, this is "Andy Richards OutofEden.jpg". However to avoid any other issues I have provided the permissions for all the other images.

Please forgive me as a novice as I've been trying to navigate the world of wiki and in particular the copyright complexities!

Please advise if this is now in order and we can remove the error coding associated with this top image.

Thanks,

Kind regards

Ollie

Hi Ollie

Regarding images on the Andy Richards Wiki page

Picture #1:

This picture was taken in September 2009 by my wife, Kate, at my request on my iPhone. It was taken in ‘Out Of Eden’, my current music studio. The image belongs to me, despite the fact that Kate took it. If you like I ‘commissioned’ it. I am the copyright owner of this image and I give complete permission for the use of this on Wikipedia and anyone else who might wish to copy it. Kate concurs with this.

Picture #2:

This picture, taken in 1978, was taken by a fan of ‘Rock Workshop’ on my camera. I requested that she do this. Again I the copyright owner of this image. And I give complete permission for the use of this on Wikipedia.

Picture #3:

This picture was taken by Andy Kinch in 1984 at Sarm East Studios. Andy has given his permission for it’s use on Wikipedia via both a verbal conversation with me and a conversation on Facebook.

Picture #4:

This picture was taken by Leah Gallo at Air Studios, London in 2011. Again, Leah has given her permission for it’s use on Wikipedia via several conversations I’ve had with her on Facebook.
