Large blue-glazed steatite scarab showing the famous lion hunt of Amenophis III (c.1388=1351/50 B.C.) and Queen Tiye, recording that in the first ten years of his reign the king killed 102 fierce lions with his own hands. One of over 120 versions of this scarab in existence.
