Published in 1923. The NY Times mentions publication in the Century Magazine. The sketch itself was created in 1922 in London, and other sources mention a 1923 publication in The Bookman (presumably the one in London). I have no information on which publication happened first, Century or Bookman so out of an abundance of caution, I'm locally uploading it here.
