Es war die zweithäufigste Agfa-Box nach dem Krieg: Fast 600.000 Stück wurden von 1949 bis 1951 hergestellt, bevor sie von der Synchro-Box (Box 600) abgelöst wurden, von der dann bis 1957 1.630.000 Exemplare auf den Markt kamen. Die Agfa Box 50 für das Negativformat 6x9 cm war eine nur leicht veränderte Version der Vorkriegs-Box 45. Das Frontdekor wurde durch silberne Streifen ergänzt und der Rotationsverschluss beruhte auf einer neuen Konstruktion. Eine aufsteckbare Porträtlinse für den Nahbereich konnte auch dazu erworben werden. Die Box 50 kostete damals 9,90 DM. |
