In February 2014 I created this sculpture from photographs at the request of the FBI.
The sculpture is owned by Karen T. Taylor, Facial Images. The photograph was taken by Lisa Sheppard of Dreamfly Creations. We both give permission for this image to be used on Wikipedia. The work was created for the specific purpose of public distribution as a investigative aid in Bishop's apprehension.
