Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	There are near no other photos of the village outside of this Vox video. As the village is also very hard to reach photos of the village are not likely to be taken for another couple years at minimum.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This will be in a image placeholder to the side of the article with the village as it's subject to provide visual context for the layout of the village.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The photo used is of very little significance in the video documentary it is taken from.
