Summary

Description
English: Acacia penninervis is small shrub of slender habit in 7th Brigade Park. A single population exists in remnant forest near the Chermside Historical Society buildings. Killed by fire, it regenerates from the soil seed bank. 'Leaves' are phyllodes, modified leaf petioles. Juvenile plants have true bi-pinnate leaves but these are soon lost.
