Description
English: The shoulder sleeve insignia of the 44th Medical Command when the unit was considered an airborne medical unit. The 44th Medical Command was re-designated the 44th Medical Brigade in the spring 2010 and lost its airborne status. Currently, a few of the brigade's subordinate elements remain on airborne status and remain authorized to wear the airborne tab.
