Summary

Description
English: This image is an unauthorized likeness of the Designated Unit Insignia of Headquarters and Headquarters Battery for the 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade. "The fleur-de-lis represents service in France during World War I. The taeguk is taken from the Korean flag and represents service in the Korean War. The silhouette of the device simulates a helmut and refers to the Brigade's origin and descent from the 38th Coast Artillery which had a helmut on its badge. It represents what was authorized to be worn on the uniform of US Army personnel assigned to that unit.
