Summary

Description 287 Broadway on the corner of Reade Street in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1871-72 and was designed by John B. Snook in the French Second Empire style. The cast iron elements came from Jackson, Burnet & Co. The building was designated a NYC landmark in 1989. (Source: Guide to NYC Landmarks (4th ed.))
