This is the transmitting antenna of WFCI/89.5 FM, of Franklin, Indiana, sited in the tower farm in Trafalgar, where it is dwarfed by three thousand-foot towers not visible in any of these shots. But you can at least see some of the guy wires to the 1132-foot tower of WTTV/4 (actually on channel 27), which stands only a couple hundred feet away.
WFCI began life as the student voice of Franklin College of Indiana, and now serves as a supplemental signal for WFYI/90.1 in Indianapolis.
