You don't see too many of these old Dodges around any more. This is a Dodge 50 Series. It's quite an early one, being a 1980 model (they started in 1979). I think this one is/was a horsebox, but it's fitted with a Luton box, which makes me think it might once have been something like a removal lorry. No idea really though. The DVLA lists this as having a 0cc engine- I'm not sure it'll move very fast with that!
