Summary
| Description | 1909 Ford Model T Touring serial number 451 in the National Automobile Museum, Reno, Nevada. This is one of a very small number of surviving Model Ts to have the original two-pedal, two-lever transmission, along with the early water-pump-equipped engine. Ford switched to the Model T's standard three-pedal, one-lever transmission after the first 800 cars or so. This car also lacks the Touring model's optional windshield. |
