This is a 13-story, Beaux-Arts structure designed by Jules Henri de Sibour and built in 1922. One Franklin Square (the office building to the right, with the pyramidal top), the tallest building in the District of Columbia, can be seen to the right. 1099 14th Street NW (the tall building with the temple-like tower on top) is to the left. 1099 14th Street NW is home to the headquarters of the National Labor Relations Board.
