Tagalog: Itinatag ng mga Pransiskano bilang visita ng Morong, 1621. Inilipat ang Binangonan sa mga Heswita kapalit ng Bayan ng Baras, 1679. Ibinigay sa mga Agustino, 1697. Muling ibinalik sa mga Pransiskano, 1737. Unang itinayo ang kasalukuyang simbahan, 1792-1800. Isinaayos , 1853. Nasira noong Digmaang Pilipino - Amerikano, 1899. Ginamit ng Puwersang Amerikano bilang himpilan, 1900 - 1903. Inalay sa Patronato ni Santa Ursula. Isang natatanging elemento ng simbahan ay ang kanyang lumang retablo sa gilid na kapilya.
Ang panandang pangkasaysayang ito ay pinasinayaan bilang paggunita sa ika-400 anibersaryo ng parokya, 2021. |
