English: New Town Hall building in Ōtsuchi, Iwate, Japan. It was Originally used for Ōtsuchi elementary school building. But the building had been damaged by fire which caused by earthquake, and the school has transferred to temporary building which built in inland. The building was restored afterward, used for City Hall building from 6 August 2012.
