English: Turlitava is a traditional main dish, made of mixed vegetables, like potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, okra, carrots, onions, garlic and mix of meat cut in cubes, like pork, beef and lamb. Turlitava is traditionally cooked in handmade clay pot.
