Nomada (latin name, from the Greek νομάδα «nomad") - one of the largest and most widespread throughout the world race of bees, including more than 700 species. In Europe, about 200 species.
All Nomada species are called cuckoo bees, so "parasites" and "spongers" who collect nectar only for their own needs and lay their eggs in the nests of other species of bees made, mostly mining bee of Andrena genus. The larva eats the Wirtsei or kill the host larva - which corresponds to the behavior of a cuckoo chick - and then feeds to pupation of the provisions, which was intended for her victim.
