List of episodes

This is a list of Time Team[1] episodes from series 22.[2]

Series 22 (Season 22) of Time Team follows three new digs, each released in extended 3-part episodes exclusively on the Time Team Official YouTube channel.

The first dig explores a Knights Hospitaller Preceptory in Shropshire[3]. The second dig looks at an Anglo-Saxon Cemetery in Norfolk[4]. Finally, Time Team heads to Greece to assist the Ephorate of Antiquities of Karditsa in exploring an Ancient City.[5]

Series 22 also saw the return of Special episodes, presented by Tony Robinson. The First special follows a week long dig in Aldbourne, in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the stationing of Easy Company, who were the subject of the book and miniseries Band of Brothers.[6]. The Special was conducted as part of Operation Nightingale, which aims to help recovery of returned injured service personnel by involving them in archeological investigations.[7]
