Usage

Given an article name (arg1) and an Afd nomination level number N (arg2: 1..10), returns true if a level N Afd nomination exists for the article.

Example

Note: Article Jimmy Wales has been nominated 8 times (or more) at Afd, so searching for the fourth one should return true:
