Career

Chappell has worked as a city administrator for three southwest Missouri cities.[2]

In the 2022 Missouri House of Representatives election, Chappell was elected in District 137.[3] His district is located in Greene County, Missouri.[4]

Personal life

Chappell's niece is singer-songwriter Chappell Roan.[5]
