LA-43 Kashmir Valley-IV is a constituency of the Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly which is currently represented by Javed Butt of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). It covers the area of the city of Rawalpindi. Only refugees from the Kashmir Valley settled in Pakistan are eligible to vote in this constituency.[1]
