LA-31 Muzaffarabad-V is a constituency of the Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly which is currently represented by Chaudhry Latif Akbar of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP). It covers some areas of Muzaffarabad Tehsil in Muzaffarabad District.[1]
