Medellin climbing salamander

The Medellin climbing salamander (Bolitoglossa phalarosoma) is a species of salamander in the family Plethodontidae. It is found in Colombia and Panama. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
